Jared D. Gerber
Senior Consultant

Jared leads Imagine IT's core development team and brings a wealth of application development and programming experience to the company. His background includes systems analysis & design, database development, client/server and custom programming, and significant Windows NT and UNIX experience with Rockwell Federal Credit Union (Downey, CA), NBC (Burbank, CA), California United Bank (Los Angeles, CA) and SSI Investment Management, Inc. (Beverly Hills, CA). He is an expert in database design, PC and advanced web technologies, and is Imagine IT's most versatile and experienced consultant. Jared's extensive knowledge in multimedia and web technologies, evolved from the birth of multimedia and the earliest days of the Web. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of digital media. Jared’s responsibilities at Imagine IT also include tool selection and researching various technologies in an effort to ensure the best development methodologies and decisions are made concerning each client project. Jared’s broad background, leadership ability and easy-going nature allow the company to undertake diverse projects and succeed in an ever-changing technology environment.

Grant George
Senior Designer/Creative Manager

Grant is proficient in a multitude of digital imaging, video and animation tools used in web application development and is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of digital media. In addition, his remarkable talent in original artwork creation drives the company’s efforts in developing the graphical "look & feel" for each website. From user interface design to fulfilling a variety of special requests, such as logo development and cartoon animations, Grant's contributions bring excitement to every project and allow the company to consistently exceed client expectations.

Tom Hayes
Senior Consultant

Tom is an expert in the design, development, and implementation of accounting and operations based business management solutions. He is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) specializing in Web, VBA, Access and SQL applications. Tom founded MartialSoft in 1997, the premier front-desk management software for the Martial Arts industry. He sold this company in 2000. Mr. Hayes was also a principal in the development of the Malibu Accounting System, Database Creations Accounting Toolkit, EyeMis "eyecare" software, LiveWeb Accounting System, Broker Advantage and Subscription Advantage Accounting Systems. In 2003, seeing a growing wave of QuickBooks implementations, Tom wrote the first version of the QuickBooks PowerTOOLS and founded the PowerGROUP. Tom has been a speaker at the Professionals in Human Resources Association Conference (PIHRA), the BGIS Users Conference and the For Eyes Optical Conference. He was an honors student and received a scholarship from the University of Arizona studying Management Information Systems.
