#7 Followup - when leads come in, followup, as quickly as possible, have the leads come to your phone
#8 promotion - offline, put on business cards, ads, signs, etc.
#9 maintenance - Keep your content up to date and fresh, continue to add content
#10 -- need to add one or insert one somewhere :-)
